How do I decide what size print to get?
To help with the approximate size guides I’ve put on the individual photos’ pages, a Small roughly corresponds with an A4 sheet of paper, a Medium with A3, a Large is a bit smaller than A2 and an Extra Large is between A2 and A1. Sizes may not exactly match the measurements I provided due to different ratios of individual photos.
While I don’t recommend going larger than an Extra Large, we can definitely arrange custom sizes, particularly if you want to get a series of smaller prints. Drop me an email at jack@wakefield.biz to discuss.

I’ve made a mistake with my order! How do I change it?
Let me know by sending me an email to jack@wakefield.biz as soon as possible so I can try and make any changes before anything’s sent to the printers. If it has already been printed, I’m afraid you might have to reorder but I’ll try and give you a discount if I can.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are sent to be printed within 24 hours of being made. The printing process can take 2-5 working days, which unfortunately is outside of my control. Shipping will take a few working days, but you should have your order within 10 working days across the UK, Europe, and North America, and within 15 working days for the rest of the world. I will send tracking information where possible.
If you haven’t been sent a tracking number and want to know how long it’ll be, apologies! Drop me an email at jack@wakefield.biz and I’ll do my best to rectify it for you.

Can I order a framed version of any of these prints?
Definitely! If you’re looking for a custom print or framing option, get in touch via email (mine is jack@wakefield.biz, in case I didn’t mention that already) and we can discuss.

What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, prints are made to order and are therefore really non-refundable. If you are unhappy about anything for any reason, please email me at jack@wakefield.biz so I can try and help as best I can.
