Komorebi (木漏れ日) / September 2019
Taken in Koyasan, Japan
Komorebi is a Japanese word literally meaning "sunlight leaking through the trees". I think it perfectly captures the dappled light washing over the torii (arches or gates) in the forest on the outskirts of Kōyasan.
High quality prints are made using fine art Giclée printing methods on Hahnemühle Pearl fibrous paper, giving them great colour and detail reproduction with a textured, satin finish.
Prints come unframed (although custom prints and frames can be arranged by email) and each print ordered will be one of a limited run of 50.
